Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SenderBeam. By creating an account, connecting Google or Gmail, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use SenderBeam or authorize access to your Google account.

SenderBeam is a Gmail productivity and control service. It uses Gmail metadata to identify recurring sender noise, show reply and watch signals, create automation rules, and perform user-approved archive or cleanup actions.

Features, limits, availability, and plan entitlements may change as the product evolves.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected Google account.

You may revoke SenderBeam's Google access at any time through your Google Account or disconnect Gmail from SenderBeam settings. Some features will stop working after access is revoked.

SenderBeam may perform actions in Gmail only when initiated, approved, configured, or authorized by the user through the product.

You are responsible for reviewing rules, cleanup targets, and action summaries before confirming them. Gmail behavior, retention, Trash recovery periods, and third-party sender behavior may change independently of SenderBeam.

You may not use SenderBeam to:

• violate law or the rights of another person;
• access an account or data without authorization;
• distribute malware or interfere with the service;
• circumvent plan limits, security, or access controls;
• resell access without written authorization;
• use Google user data for advertising, surveillance, data brokerage, credit decisions, or any prohibited purpose.

Paid plans may be offered through a third-party payment processor. Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented at checkout or in the billing portal.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

Our Privacy Policy explains how SenderBeam handles personal information and Google user data. It forms part of these Terms.

SenderBeam, its software, design, branding, and content are owned by SenderBeam or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features to maintain security, comply with law, improve the service, or respond to changes in Google, Gmail, hosting, or third-party systems.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

SenderBeam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

SenderBeam is not Google or Gmail and is not endorsed by Google. Google and Gmail are trademarks of their respective owner.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenderBeam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss caused by user-configured Gmail actions, third-party services, or account compromise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or respond to platform-policy requirements.

You may stop using SenderBeam, disconnect Gmail, and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
