Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

1. Overview

SenderBeam is a Gmail productivity service that helps users identify recurring sender noise, review reply signals, create watch rules, and perform user-approved inbox cleanup actions.

This Privacy Policy explains how SenderBeam accesses, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the service.

2. Information we collect

We may collect basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, plan status, settings, and service activity.

When you connect Google or Gmail, SenderBeam may access Gmail metadata necessary to provide the product, such as sender and recipient information, subject headers, timestamps, labels, thread and message identifiers, unsubscribe metadata, and message or thread state.

SenderBeam is designed not to read or analyze Gmail message bodies. We do not use Gmail data to build advertising profiles.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, logs, error data, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • authenticate users and maintain connected accounts;
  • scan and organize Gmail metadata;
  • identify recurring sender patterns and inbox pressure;
  • show reply, watch, archive, and cleanup signals;
  • carry out Gmail actions that the user requests or approves;
  • provide billing, support, security, and fraud prevention;
  • maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
  • comply with legal obligations.

4. Google API data

SenderBeam's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing SenderBeam features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or allow humans to read it except where the user explicitly requests support, where required for security, or where required by law.

5. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email delivery, security, and payment providers.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to SenderBeam. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may disconnect Gmail from SenderBeam settings, revoke SenderBeam's access through your Google Account, or request deletion of your SenderBeam account and associated application data.

Some limited records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, billing records, or records that must be retained by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your Google account, passwords, recovery codes, and devices.

8. International processing

SenderBeam and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

9. Children

SenderBeam is not directed to children under 18 and is not intended for use by anyone who is not legally able to consent to the processing described in this Policy.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. If a material change affects how Google user data is used, we will provide notice and request any consent required by law or Google's policies before applying the new use.
